Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. The item must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted. Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within the timeframe communicated by our support team.

Refund Process and Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchange Options

Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Exchange requests must be raised within the same return timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care items, innerwear, customized products, and items marked as non returnable on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us, Rovermart will bear the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
